Once the JV is signed and announced I did not think there were going to be any drills. I thought that this was going to be a strip mine! Am I wrong about that? I remember Mike Gold saying that mine was going to be a strip mine. I do not care what type of mine it is just start pulling the goods from the ground and let’s start enjoying life.

What mike said is that there is a lot of surface addits that can be extracted before drilling and then drilling.. something like that.

Thanks gentlemen, let's get this thing started. The company has been backed into a corner, and the only out for them is a JV.

George it would not take much of an update or a word from JJ to make us feel good about our investment. We could blow past .04 in a heart beat with any positive news from them. They are in a great position right now to do something really special for those that have supported them for so long. Let's see if they will come through for us.

Well George do you think that we will hear any thing by the end of this week? After your phone call with Les I was sure that we would have heard some thing by the end of this week.

As far as drilling I would from what I read about the property I would want to establish the porphyry's [they will have to drill a lot deeper than the Gordon holes] and also drill the breccias anomalies. I thought Doc. in his writings said there were at least 11 on the property. If they find the source of these pipes.....BINGO! Also there is the Fortuna with all those gold veins that I would drill. I might then poke some holes in the Moly but the price is too soft right now to get aggressive...Oh BTW we 1st need this deal done..Anyways I have no idea what the geologists will do but I have thought about it.

I think the first thing you do is determine if it is open-pittable or not.  Most porphyries are and this brings down the extraction cost per contained ounce way down.  There will be some underground mining aspects I would think at the LDM and maybe at the Fortuna Vein where the historical grade average was 63.5 gm/tonne.  What would be exciting is some early production opportunities at maybe the LDM, Fortuna, surface moly, big hat skarn, etc.  Tons of drilling will be needed to design the open pit and mine plan but the typical drilling to prove up reserves and resources in order to do a bankable feasibility study might not be needed if the money is already in place.  I still think that due to how diamond drill holes #15 and 18 hit that metamorphic sericitic alteration "charcoal broiled" from a close by large heat source that one or two deep holes intersecting the body of either porphyry will indicate "game over".  Due to the expense of drilling deep and the extra risk of breaking bits, etc. Medinah made the right choice and didn't roll the dice and risk mega dilution by "going deep" on their own.  After the share price got attacked in the market every decision needs to be predicated on how many shares would it cost to do X, Y or Z.  This changes the risk/reward calculus quite a bit.

The good news is the the SP has been holding up with the help of someone who always paints the tape for 1000 or 2000 shares at the ask.  Whoever this person is, I thank you and the stock charts thank you.  My only wish now is that we get some news today so we can break out above .04 and close above .04 for the first time this week.  Go JJ take a little time about 15 minutes out of today and release  a update to get the ball rolling.  Your Loyal shareholders will be eternally grateful!
